Note
Nov 4 Today I found a couple of small errors in the new wallcovering strip simulator, let's call it, and checked it again and I think it is working well. So I spent some time on data validation and conditional formatting and improving format and layout so that The user workflow would be good. The new strip simulator only focuses on total roll count to order and does not do any labor calculations (as my original one does). Possible improvement may be to add that functionality, or maybe the wall strip simulator is just used as a companion tool to my old estimator (especially in the scenario where a space has wide openings) The past few days have had some computer focus time but have had some time where my arm is out of the sling and even using the arm for mouse operation. I have been using The compressive cryotherapy as well. Pain meds are used rarely, almost never, just an isolated case here and there. My body battery has been really low sleeping stress has been high and I haven't been sleeping very much because I've been working all day and until early in the morning on three occasions times such as 2:00 a.m. 4:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m.. so I'm feeling a bit down and exhausted. My HRV values are not bad though so that is good. I have still made no effort of doing any leg strength work or getting back onto the bike. This needs to come and soon. To get back on the bike I will have to build an apparatus that attaches to the handlebars and creates an elevated rest point for my arms. Nov 5 Working on the pool with Tina, post metals fillfast treatment, now trying to get combined chlorine back to <.5ppm, slow downward trend from 3.4 to 2.6 in progress. Tweaked on the ReKover website, banner was displaying The wrong phase. Tweaked on the strip and roll simulator and incorporated it into GoHW website. Nov 6 Asking Jason about the benefits and what he thinks of neuromuscular stimulation and Tens as well His answer was that it helped the muscle to fire, so maybe some re-learning it when it was having trouble with that but because it was not loading the muscle, it had no therapeutic value for healing or promoting muscle range under load (which is the point of therapy). PT with Jason went well, further motion today. Less pain during, maybe due to my ability to relax more. Tweaked on Rekover website, worked with pool, getting the the Combined Chlorine down to .5ppm is taking a lot of time. May be 3-4 days longer. According to Chat GPT... And drop tests. Worked on deploying the strip&roll simulator on a GoHw webpage. May get there today, may not. Had to create $6/month public-use user to make it happen, along with permissions stuff in SharePoint, creating an imbed and putting them in an iframe on the page, and creating a unique permissions users folder on SharePoint where a copy of the simulator resides and can be written and overridden. Set up a job for Nevada to do for Valerie Garrett, show house powder room, hung poorly by Mark Rufrage. Success late ind day deployment of the strip n roll simulator. Played chess with Lana. She won Nov 7 Met Nevada on job for Valerie Garret (show home on 4238 West Club Lane NE Atlanta GA 30319. Helped with Layout. Turned out GREAT. Tina drove me. Tweaked on Strip&Roll Simulator and tested from mobile apps. Sign-in and using from Androids and Windows Desktops is working. Still monitoring pool's chlorine recovery process. Shoulder sore. Nov 8 Closer to getting Pool out of recovery as far as contaminants and chlorine treatment and into maintenance so we can turn the chlorinator back on. Tina and I blew the pool deck off and the court off and picked up dog poop this morning. Blew again in the afternoon and continued testing and treating the water. Hoping combined chlorine is below 0.5 tomorrow and the last day of it. By end of day we had Combined Chlorine down to around .8-1 ppm. We installed a new magnetic screen for the sunroom and allows the dogs to go in and out. This can be open during the fair climate months 7 months out of the year. Continued developing the concept of Say What. Had some time out of the sling today. Iced several times and worked on range of motion once. Nov 9 We got the pool out of recovery status today and into maintenance due to CC being lower than 5 ppm! So the Salt Chlorine Generator was turned on to 30% today (having been off for probably a month now). What feels like a month More blowing and removing leaves from pool. Worked on Say What Project some, and a little on the project that I don't even have a name for yet. Tweaked on the Strip n Roll Simulator, getting for the big reveal, lol I did My arm range of motion stuff a couple of times today but I never did ice. Took a shower this morning and had hot water on it which felt great. I'm only supposed to do that once a week. Nov 10 Oh the simplest of things on the Strip n Roll Simulator today; occupied my entire day. Embarrassing. I was just trying to get the page ready for the reveal to the guys. I wanted the page to be zoomed up so the input could be large without having to pinch zoom. Chat GPT helped me go down a rabbit hole with iframe formatting. I finally had to start over and upon doing so I had it where I needed it within 30 minutes, really 15, and tweaked for 15 more. That's tough to take
