Edit Week 18 — Jan 19 – Jan 25 (W16)

Note Jan 19 Shoulder work this morning, then a couple hours on the bike zone 1 and 2, so easy does it. Ate with 50g protein, then cryotherapy for an hour. Jan 20 Off the bike with planned rest (35 days with 7 days off) Went to 12 Mooregate to help K.L. with ceiling Sore after helping him out Jan 21 Shoulder was a little sore during the night more than usual after work yesterday. Another planned off day from the bike Did shoulder this morning but cut it short after feeling some sharper pain in the front deltoid area. Did cryotherapy for a while. Walked the dogs with Lucy at 6:00 and the shoulder was pretty sore, feeling about like it did five-six weeks ago on a walk. At 7:00 p.m. did cryotherapy again. While doing cryotherapy a little bit of research on the pain and according to that it's most likely just soft tissue damage related to a sharper jump in activities which came from the fall, rides without support, and the workday with KL, followed by the shoulder work this morning. So I'm going to take two days off from doing any strength work on it. Going to try to keep doing ROM stuff but gently. Tomorrow is therapy day and I will be letting Jason know about things to see how he reacts and of course we'll see how the shoulder reacts and see what he ends up doing in our session. Had a little issue at therapy, pulled my shoulder to quick in internal rotation and Jason pulled Joe in to check things out. All good, but it did stop me in my tracks and turn my face red which i'm sure they saw. Jason is changing us to heat and renewing ROM focus while backing off of strength some i think. Jan 22 Chatted with Carl and K.L.. KL about work. Carl about what he did at KL's On the bike for 3hr:21 minutes Watched Footloose with the girls. Cool Jan 23 SHoulder ROM work, and warm compressed twice 2hrs in z2 at 145bpm and 201watts NP (198w avg) Jan 24 Tucker B with Lamar and Alan, 3h 20min. 14 hrs the last 7 days Jan 25 and 26 Near total focus on a Web based JavaScript page that distills in depth industry standard mural data and renders that in a user interface that let's users select from many attributes and from that it compiles a detailed mural description in either technical or poetic form. Phase 3 is implementing API for custom image generation from that as a final output.
