Edit Week 13 — Dec 16 – Dec 22 (W11)

Note Dec 18 PT with Jason. Sore after again, new exercises... He mentioned trying work around 1st to mid feb. Dec 19 Did I mention a protein increase in my diet? Did and have seen a few lbs weight increase. No opinion on that yet. Dec 21 Shoulder work twice a day most days but I've been using cryotherapy less. No active projects. Christmas gathering at Tina's mom's place. Everyone in our immediate family was there (on Rockbridge Rd). Pam, Jerry, Bonnie, Marvin, Bonnie, Blake, Wendy, and Amanda her friend, Ann of course. No Lorrie or Larry and Walt and Larissa
