Note Dec 2 Cryotherapy 4 times, ROM Exercises Got caught up in tweaking the room simulator, entire day. Ugh. Succeeded tho. Dec 4 Therapy day. Sling weaning time and assisted active range of motion exercises introduced. Cryotherapy four times 02:15 on the bike today. Long ride for the trainer. Watched color version of it's a Wonderful Life with James Stewart, and Donna Reid. Watched with Lana. Tweaked on the room simulator, condensing viewport space so more inputs are on screen. Kids put the the Christmas Town on the mantle. Dec 5 Day off from riding Did new shoulder exercises twice. Cryotherapy thrice. Tweaked room simulator for final iterations for the viewport space and the formatting. Testing to validate the pattern repeat threshold predictor. Dec 6 No computer work Shoulder Exercises twice, cryotherapy 4 times Dec 7 Shoulder Exercises twice, cryotherapy 4 times. Updated my design portfolio today.
